The Wheel of Fortune block is based on block number 1299 from Barbara Brackman’s Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns.

The instructions are available to download for free through 11:59 pm Eastern on Thursday, July 13, 2023. If you miss the free download, you can purchase the Block 4 instructions alone for $2.50 through the end of the quilt along.
